If the Florida Panthers were looking for defensive intensity, they knew who to call.

Miami Dolphins legend and Pro Football Hall of Fame defensive end Jason Taylor fired up the crowd at Amerant Bank Arena before Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final by banging the team's drum.

Taylor collected 139.5 sacks in his 17 seasons, 15 of which were with the Dolphins. That total is the seventh most in NFL history.

Taylor isn't the first defensive stalwart to have the honors this series.

NBA All-Defensive Team center Bam Adebayo of the Miami Heat did the honors before Game 3.

And Taylor wasn't the only member of the Dolphins, past or present, to show some love for the Panthers on Thursday. The team shared the unique way they entered their facility in support of the Panthers.

Dolphins players were given a street hockey stick, ball, mini net and three cones to navigate. The gauntlet, which proved more challenging for some players than others, was placed in front of a "Go Cats!" yard sign.
